We offer exchanges on orders of the same or greater value, whenever possible, within 10 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned with all tags and packaging in the same condition received. Custom orders, custom sized rings and jewelry, engraved items and loose stone purchases are final sale.

Orders paid by ACH or Affirm will ship in 10 days or so. Orders paid by Credit Card or virtual payment (eg. Apple Pay) will ship in roughly 30 days. All orders are sent standard shipping insured. You will receive a tracking code via email when the item ships.
You can select Affirm during checkout to finance your purchase. Of course, you can use a credit card, as well.
Items returned due to manufacturing defects will be exchanged.
We can custom make any jewelry. Please provide a photo or details on what you would like and we will send you information on the custom piece.

We offer ring settings without the center stone. Please contact us with the item number or a photo of the ring you would like and we can provide pricing and information.
