Refund and Returns Policy

All stock merchandise, in its original condition with tags intact, is returnable for a merchandise credit within 10 days of delivery of merchandise. We do not offer refunds. 

All custom orders, custom sized rings and jewelry, engraved items and loose stone purchases are final sale. 

All returns require prior written approval from customer service and must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days. Merchandise credits must be used within 90 days. For assistance contact info@diamondeclipsejewelry.com.
