Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

At Diamond Eclipse Jewelry, every piece is carefully selected, inspected, or created with the highest level of care. Because many of our items are custom-made, specially sourced, sized, altered, or prepared specifically for each client, our return policy is designed to ensure clarity and confidence with every purchase.

Stock Merchandise

Stock merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit only within 10 days of delivery or pickup, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and includes all original packaging, tags, certificates, appraisals, lab reports, and documentation.
Diamond Eclipse Jewelry does not offer cash, check, or credit card refunds.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Diamond Eclipse Jewelry. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or missing documentation are not eligible for return or merchandise credit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or merchandise credit:
Custom orders
Custom-designed jewelry
Special orders
Custom-sized rings or jewelry
Engraved items
Loose stones
Items altered, resized, or modified at the client’s request
Items damaged after delivery or pickup

Custom Orders & Special Orders

Custom and special-order pieces are created or sourced specifically for each client. For this reason, once an order has been approved and production, sourcing, sizing, or design work has begun, the order is considered final sale.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved by Diamond Eclipse Jewelry before being sent or brought in. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For approved returns, items must be securely packaged and fully insured. The client is responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected by Diamond Eclipse Jewelry.

Merchandise Credit

Approved returns will be issued as merchandise credit only. Merchandise credit may be applied toward a future Diamond Eclipse Jewelry purchase and must be used within 90 days from the date the credit is issued. Merchandise credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, check, or credit card refund.
